Construction will commence in late 2012 and will include approximately 263 residences, a 140-room Cambria Suites hotel, and 17,000 square feet of street level retail plus public and private parking. The 3.2 acre site is centrally-located across from the Regal Cinemas stadium theater complex. Construction is expected to last approximately 27 months.
